Yes, I seem to have developed a mental issue - I just signed up, again at Kim's urging, for another run this weekend - this time only 4 miles, but it is going to be COLD out. I should commit myself to some sort of program I think.
Whoa! I do believe it was you who imed me one night and said "i may have just got wind of another race in lynbrook and it's ONLY four miles..." and i do believe i said my my how quickly we forget how cold it was at the trot...lol. And, aren't you the one who stood over my shoulder and forced my finger to push the submit button to register...lol just kidding.
If it makes you feel better Brian, I am doing a 10k this weekend. Cold here too, might only be 60 at race time, What were we thinking racing in winter. Good luck and keep up the motivation, even in winter.
